The Faculty of Education of the Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar is a public institution owned by the state. The Faculty is the legal successor of the Pedagogical Academy of the Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar.

It carries out higher education activities by organizing teaching and scientific research work through undergraduate (first cycle) and graduate studies (second cycle).

Undergraduate studies in all study groups last four years (240 ECTS), except for Professional Studies in Sports where the study lasts three years (180 ECTS). In addition to the four-year study of the first cycle, the faculty also organizes an undergraduate professional study lasting one year (60 ECTS).

The faculty is attended by students from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as from neighboring countries. In addition to the 45 faculty employees, around 50 teachers and associates from other universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as from universities outside Bosnia and Herzegovina (Belgrade), are engaged in the teaching process.
