Chemistry Department students at the VIII Student Congress "Food-Nutrition-Health" - Sarajevo
From 9 to 11 November, the VIII Student Congress "Food-Nutrition-Health" was held in Sarajevo, organized by employees and students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry with Clinics, the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Science, the Faculty of Pedagogy and the Faculty of Health Studies of the University of Sarajevo. This year, students from the Chemistry Department of the Faculty of Education participated in the Congress, where they presented the results of their research that they conducted during the last academic year under the mentorship of Assoc. Prof. Maja Kazazić. The paper entitled "The influence of processing on the content of total phenols and antioxidant activity in a sample of collard greens ( Brassica oleracea L. var. acephala )" was presented on behalf of the group by student Chiara Marino. We are proud of our students who presented the faculty in the best light and gained new experiences during this Congress.
