Attached is the Public Notice for submitting applications for the right to benefits in the payment of fees at public higher education institutions in the academic year 2024/2025.

Note: Due to the lack of a birth certificate, students can submit a certified copy of the birth certificate, a copy of the Certificate of Citizenship or the Certificate of Information from the Birth Register, which can be obtained from one of the registry offices.
