Call for nominations for the exchange of students, teaching and non-teaching staff of the University in the winter semester 2024/25

As part of the KA 171 Erasmus+ international credit mobility action, students, teachers and non-teaching staff of the University can apply for exchange at various Universities in the European Union in the winter semester of the academic year 2024/25.

Exchange can be achieved with the following Universities, in accordance with the specified fields, categories and quotas:

All interested students, teaching and non-teaching staff who wish to undertake an exchange with the aforementioned universities should contact the International Cooperation Office at international@unmo.ba with an email of intent.

The letter of intent for students includes the following documents: a proposed learning agreement signed by the faculty coordinator, proof of English language proficiency, a letter of motivation (in English), a certificate of average, a scan of the passport, and a Europass CV (in English).

Nominations of first-time students, graduates and matriculants will not be taken into account.

The letter of intent for teaching and non-teaching staff includes the following documents: activity plan, letter of motivation (in English), proof of English language proficiency and Europass CV (in English).

The English language proficiency test is taken at the Office for International Cooperation, is free of charge and can only be used for nomination for exchange.

Teaching staff can be nominated for mobility for teaching or training purposes, while non-teaching staff can be nominated exclusively for mobility for training purposes. Nominees must be permanently employed at the University.

All documents are sent electronically in PDF format. The deadline for nominations is 20.03.2023 at 23:59.
